“I purchased these shoes for hiking, expecting durability and comfort, but unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience from start to finish. On my first hike, the knot stopper came loose, making it extremely annoying and difficult to walk. I was disappointed that a key part of the shoe failed so quickly. I requested a refund and made an effort to return the shoes at a drop off point but they only offer refunds in the form of a gift card, not back to my original payment method. Worse yet, they work with another company, REVER, for the return process and they are incredibly slow. I had to reach out to customer service at Tropicfeel, and when I finally received the gift card, the value was incorrect. Between the faulty product and the inefficient refund process, I cannot recommend these shoes or this company. It was a terrible experience all around.”

“Lovely design! Tested it straight away for walking across town in cold weather. Extra comfy, warm enough for winter but breathable. Also tested the waterproof feature by walking through a stream. Works for me in every possible way!”
