How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

“I had high hopes for a daily shoe that could withstand the harsh Parisian streets. After a rainy day, the white shoe wasn’t that white anymore. Some deep stains started appearing where the fabric folds as you use the shoe. Because it’s waterproof, it’s also hard to clean and I’m scared to use any products that might chemically affect the coating. It was painful to wear for the first week as it took me a long time to play with the laces to find a comfortable way to wear them. I can also feel water inside the shoe as the waterproof treatment might have a leak somewhere on my right shoe. Finally, when I put my shoes next to the other, I can see a symmetric issue as one of the front band is short than the other one. I can feel that those shoes were made with high standards in mind because they feel like a quality product with a sweet design. But as a proper daily commuting shoe, it didn’t meet my expectations.”

“They are very supportive but feel a bit stiff when I'm wearing them. Also, they do not clean very easily. I got some mud on them and it seems to have stained the white.”

“Comfortable and sturdy shoe. Definitely keeps my feet dry however unfortunately the white colour does stain a little bit and as you can't put it in the washing machine, wiping it doesn't always cut it.”
