How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong – Too large

“Lete me start my saying that I love the look, feel, construction and quality of these shoes. Almmost everything about them is quality, but I chose not to keep them. Normally I'm a UK 10, sometimes 10.5 for certain brands like new balance who can run a bit small. I ordered the 10.5 because there is no 10 (not sure why). While I loved them, they were way too big, and the elastic no-tie laces just weren't tight enough without bunching up the shoes. They were really loose around the ankle/heel. I took a chance and returned them for the 9.5 (I have never owned a pair that small but with no size 10 I thought I would give it a try). Oddly, length wise they fitted absolutely perfectly - so they seem to run a bit large - but I still wasn't convinced that the lacing system was secure enough, and they still felt a little loose round the ankle/heel. I liked the shoes so much I even considered getting some normal laces, but in the end I decided to return as getting the elastice laces tight enough made it slightly uncomfortable across the top of my foot. Really gutted as everything else about the shoes I loved, but they just weren't going to feel that comfortable or secure. Please consider this with the next design - slightly thinner material conecting the tongue to the sides of the shoe would let you tighten them up without the tongue bunching up. And a more controlled way of lacing them up would be welcome. I do have fairly narrow feet, but I've rarely had this issue with other shoes.”

“I'm giving it a 5 stars even though I send it for an exchange. The build and comfort is undeniable. I'm exchanging it for a different colour (white). I feel the cypress green (though I love the colour) does not suit the design of this particular model. It is really just a personal preference, otherwise it does feel like a comfortable and sturdy shoes.”

How satisfied are you with the product quality? It´s OK, it matches my expectations
