“It's really great that the volume is increasing, that's why I bought this bag. But the fact that the front pocket is so small is not really useful. But this is not the biggest problem. The straps are so thin that I couldn't walk because of the pain in my shoulders while carrying it. And the back support is not ergonomic at all. These need to be developed.”
