“I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service experience I have encountered over the past three weeks. I recently purchased three pairs of shoes from your TROPICFELL, however, two of them were mistakenly ordered. I only needed one pair, which I am happy with—it fits well and looks great. However, the process of trying to return the other two pairs has been unnecessarily frustrating. Despite sending over more then a dozen emails and complying with multiple requests for pictures and conditions, I have been unable to receive a satisfactory response or resolution. It feels as though I am being given the runaround, which has led to a prolonged and unnecessarily complicated, time consuming process. I believe that a company committed to customer satisfaction should handle returns in a more efficient and straightforward manner. I urge you to review this situation and take the necessary steps to improve your return process, ensuring that customers are not subjected to such a frustrating experience in the future. I would appreciate a swift resolution to this matter and an update on the status of my return refund. MARTIN KERN”
