How satisfied are you with the product quality? I have received a dirty or broken product

How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product was broken after short period of usage

“The shoes are comfy and lightweight. However, the stitching on the right shoe is already falling apart after 1/2 weeks of usage. I probably got a defective unit as the left one is good. Also, the use the cm measurement for the size. As the EU size doesn't match the reality. I always wear a size 44 but I had to order a 42.”
