“I was mulling over getting these for months, thinking that perhaps they're a bit OTT for something I'll probably only use for holidays. Honestly though, having finally invested, I love these. I just hope they hold together for many years of faithful service. So reassuring to have these on rocky seaside trips, and they effortlessly switch to good looking trainers for out and about on terra firma too. Buoyant for swimming, perfect for better grip on boats trips and such. Look super slick. They do need a proper hand wash after your trip, and strike me as a little fragile, but a great purchase; drawing admiring glances from stumbling bare footed rookies and highly recommended. NB. Do your research on size; I'm typically size 9 (43 EU) and size 8 in these is perfect (with a little room in the toe. Do not just buy your normal shoe size! Could double for gym shoes (flat base for squats etc), but not sure how robust they would be long term.”

“The trainers are quite good, but it seems like the material often gets a bit worn out. However, they replace it under the warranty, which is a relief. Plus, they are very comfortable and have a great design.”

“These shoe are the best to travel with they are Abel to me crushed to lay flat in the suitcase and walking around busy city’s are not bad especially if you get caught in a rainfall, they dry fast n keep you going, only complaint is the knots on the ends come off and it’s difficult to get replacements.”

“Oh Tropicfeel team - I was one of the first buyers of your shoes when you launched in your initial years. Also purchased later a pair for both my parents, my husband and recommended to all my friends. This times purchase, feels so different. Main stronger difference is the comfort. The removable in sole offered great support to feet, which is missing in this new sunset shoe. Also the front white part which has been added now doesn’t look good. The material also feels like a strong deterioration from the ones you launched few years ago. Also, even though I bought the same 37 shoe size, the new pair has a gap near the heel (don’t know why, which was the case before). It’s a pity because I finally thought I found this one brand which makes reliable sustainable shoes and now that’s not the case anymore. Your high quality shoes marketed by themselves as they were so good. With this change in quality, I’m not sure you can continue to retain happy customers.”
