“Delivery was extremely fast, as I received the shoes within 4 days of ordering. The shoes are beautiful, comfortable. Unfortunately, one piece of plastic on the lace that holds the knot fell off immediately. The result was that the knot also fell out. I took pictures and wrote to support. I got an answer quickly. They gave me a link to the website where I ordered new laces. In response, they wrote to me that delivery can take up to 3 weeks. Let's hope that I will get new soon, because now I helped myself a little with the glue.”
