How satisfied are you with the performance of the product? The product was broken after short period of usage

“Received my shoes and they fitted great. However there was an issue with the laces which caused the lace stopper to come off the lace. Requested replacement laces and stopper that are still to arrive. While wearing the shoes the stitching to the top part of one the shoes has started to fray. No great for an adventure shoe that falling apart after just over a couple weeks worth of regular wear. Don’t buy avoid.”
