“I was very much looking forward to this product. The quality and design were very good. However, despite being labelled as the size I ordered (44) the shoes were at most size 42. I couldn’t even get my foot in them to try them on. I don’t know if this is the general case, or if I simply was unlucky and got a wrongly labelled pair.”

“First off, I’m a big fan of Tropicfeel. I had the Canyon shoes and loved them—wore them to death until the stitching gave out. Honestly, if my pinky toe wasn’t peeking through, I’d still be using them today (is there a possibility to sue them?). I recently bought the All Terrain (which I believe are the updated version), after trying out a few others like the Dune—which unfortunately didn’t fit me well. So, two small points of feedback (take them as you will): I’m usually around a size 44.5. The Canyon (than run large) in size 44 ran a little tight at first, but adapted quickly and became super comfortable. The All Terrain in 44 feel a bit snugger out of the box—not a huge issue, but a bit more comfort would've been welcome. The Dune, which fits more true to size, was too tight in 44 (especially around the forefoot, so no hope they'd stretch), and the 45 were too loose—I was practically walking out of them. Shame, because I really liked the look and feel. That leads to my second point—having to try shoes without being able to test them in-store is tough. I get the policy and fully respect the reasons behind it. But if you’re between sizes, it’s tricky. You end up ordering, reordering, and either you settle or you pay anyway. It can leave a bit of a sour taste, especially when neither size fits quite right, and you find yourself choosing another model that might be too tight or too loose. So, just an idea (totally off the cuff): maybe consider half sizes in the future, or perhaps offer an extra exchange opportunity for people who clearly want to buy a pair that fits—especially since you already offer store credit, which is appreciated. Still love the brand and will keep wearing your shoes—just hoping to one day find that perfect fit again.”

“Hi, regretably I cannot attached pictures, but first day I used them one of the laces took appart when I tried to tight it. Moreover I have appreciated another sewing finish works. Anyway, I am happy with the sneakers but taking into account the price these details should have to be taken into account.”

“After only three weeks the fabric on the left shoe starts to fall apart and the aegis does not work. I’ve used the shoe in normal urban to beach scenarios. What’s good: it really drys fast.”

“Had Canyon before - wish broke after 2 months use (back and forth from office). New All terrain feels sligtly wider, have longer shoelaces and better cusoning. So its an total upgrade imo. Also, the area where holes that appeard around the toes on Canyon seem to be strengthend on the all terain wich is awesome. all in all, a supershoe if the quality is improved - therefor a 4 star rating - if they stand their ground its a 5 star. Only downside is that im not a total fan of the colors available.”
