“I followed the website’s advice and ordered a size up from my usual UK 10. Unfortunately, when the item arrived, it was too large and had to be returned. The company offers various refund options that include free postage, but only if you choose to receive store credit or exchange for another item—essentially forcing you to buy from them again. As I was on a tight schedule and couldn’t wait for another pair to arrive before my holiday, I had no choice but to pay £6.50 for the return. I understand discouraging excessive returns, but when the issue is due to incorrect sizing guidance, it feels unfair to penalise the customer. In the end, it cost me £6.50 just to try them on! If you’re considering ordering, be aware of the sizing discrepancies and the return policy.”
