“I bought, received and claimed that they were defective. They exchanged them for new ones and again I received the shoes but with an even bigger defect than the previous one. If I buy a new pair of expensive shoes, I expect them to be in good condition. Not with glue stains. Again I have complained to them and I am waiting for a solution. But the procedure of sending/receiving the package is starting to be exhausting.”
