“This is easily one of the best bags I’ve purchased. The storage space is generous, and the expandable design makes it even better. I really like the hidden pocket on the back of the bag: it’s perfect for keeping a passport secure. The waist belt/fanny pack is a great addition and extremely convenient when traveling, especially since it takes up no extra space and can be quickly taken out when needed. My only suggestions would be to add a large zippered pocket on the front for those who want extra security, rather than having no zipper at all, and to offer a larger waist belt option for bigger users. At 6'4", the belt feels a bit small, and a larger belt or storage pouch would allow for carrying more than just a wallet and phone. Other than that, it’s a great product and very well designed.”

“Great lift from the previous version however trying to grab the zipper from the hidden back pocket is a nightmare. It’s shoved down obstructed by the hip bag/strap. Also I miss the big elastic ”strap” on the back above the roo pouch. Apart from that, great pack!”

“The backpack is really well-designed. The outer material gives it a stylish appearance and seems to be waterproof, although I haven’t tested that yet. That said, I do have some feedback. I’ve used the previous model, and while there are improvements in some areas, others have not progressed. For instance, the side handle in the earlier version felt much sturdier. I'm also not a fan of the new passport pocket—it’s hard to access, so I had to attach a lanyard to reach the zipper. Additionally, the bottle pocket hasn’t been upgraded, despite numerous reviews pointing out that it doesn’t fit many bottle sizes. What disappointed me the most, though, was the removal of the front spider net! That was an incredibly useful feature. Overall, it's a great backpack. The new laptop compartment is much more functional, I love the external zippers, and the updated clasp for the front pocket. It's well made, but still not the perfect backpack.”

“Quickly became my favourite backpack (I've ever possibly had)... ! For how much you can fit into the backpack, the outside shell is surprisingly sleek and compact. Which makes it surprisingly smart looking, smart enough for most of my meetings. Fits all of my everyday office gear (laptop, ipad, sketchbook and much more) as well as some extras (like training gear) if needed. Love the front pocket - super handy for pretty much anything. Outside material is practical - waterproof and sleek thus easy to just wash with a wet cloth.”
