How satisfied are you with the product quality? The product is different to what I expected from the website

How satisfied are you with the size? The size is wrong – Too large

“I measured my foot several times before placing an order. I’m UK 8.5 but the website sizing guide insisted I should order a UK 9. The label inside the shoe states US 9.5 which should be the equivalent of a UK 8.5 so there’s some discrepancy there. In the end the shoe is wearable, but about 2cm too long. It’s comfortable, light weight and will be incredibly easy to pack for a holiday, especially if water is involved.”
