“My first pair had a protrusion which came through at the achilles during a walk. This caused much pain and bleeding. I contacted Tropical Feel woth photographs of the defect and their initial response was "wear thicker socks, everyones feet are different. Wear them in". I could not believe it!. Anyway after further mails they sent me a new pair. The new ones are great. But the customer service clearlyneed more training. The next section is based on my replacement pair”
