“I had planned on returning this because I was not seeing results on my bikini area and I thought it really wasn't working. While I was so focused on my bikini area, I failed to realize it was working great on my legs.
My skin color is light to medium and my leg hairs are dark blond, my pubic hair is darker blond to brown.
I did not get a before picture of my legs but I have not used it near my ankle tattoo so it was noticeable when I compared ankles.
Other things I liked about the company was, first, the response to both emails was very quick. And second, when I asked for the return there was no issue, they sent me the email for the return label right away, no problem. I did not have to beg or plead.
The device is easy to use but it is NOT painless. It gets hot and if the light piece touches you the wrong way it definitely makes you wince. Sometimes it even has a little electric zap that is not great. I've found the best was to keep the pain to a minimum is to first use it on the more sensitive areas like the bikini area, that way it's not as hot.
I decided to keep the device. I'm going to keep trying the bikini area and hope that I start seeing some more results.”
