I took out a subscription with UBEEQUEE earlier this year after an assurance that the device would track in Guernsey. My father had Alzheimer’s and lives in Guernsey with my mother. He goes missing. I am based in the UK. There is no coverage in Guernsey. The device works just great in the UK. I have reported this four times now and have had to chase for a response on multiple occasions. (Request 13687). UBEEQUEE is still taking my money. Maybe I should just move my father to the mainland so my aged mother knows where he is? I think the product and service might be good, and it offered me and my mother real hope. But ubeequee seems to ignore problems. For months.

This is only 3 star because the tracker can’t connect within the area of our village, only when it gets further afield. At the moment my husband’s mobility is poor so it may be that it will no longer be useful for us. Previously it was very valuable as he would go off walking and I would have no idea in which direction he had gone.

Seems to work fine so far - using it to track a friend with dementia so people can take him out places without them worrying that he might get lost. Only problem is frequency of having to recharge the tracker. Might get two so I can swop them over - easier than waiting around whilst it charges.

Hi Sue, Thank you very much for your kind review. I am pleased that the tracker is working well when used with your friend who has dementia. Peace of mind is our ambition and I hope that it continues to give you that. Likewise, knowing that it allows him to go out and still be kept an eye on, is heartwarming. We are on hand to help if you need us :) Kind regards, Sam
