DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY I PAID FOR A 2 YEAR CONTRACT IN WHICH I PAID IN FULL FOR A GPS FOR MY KITTEN WHICH HE LOST AFTER 2 months. This was 2 years ago and never thought about it until a few weeks ago they took a further £71.60 out my bank. After numerous emails telling them this was fraud they replied saying I'd signed another contract I asked him to disclose this information and they never got back to me again I am now seeking legal help please be wary of this company

Frustrated, Angry, Fed Up.. thought I was doing somthing wrong.. went over the app, over and over, took the tracker for many walks, yet cant actually pin point where it is.. was not accurate by many miles!! Currently sitting at home with it beside me, app tells me it is over the other side of the estate!! Not fit for purpose… Don’t waste your time and money..

Similar experience as all others who have bought from this company. I returned the tracker and requested a refund but they are refusing to acknowledge my request. A big mistake not reading other reviews before I decided to buy from them. Cost me €12 postage returning it. Feel cheated by this company.

My tracker stopped working efficiently after 3 days of use. I contacted Ubeequee multiple times and I haven't had a reply. I'm extremely disappointed as I have spent almost £80 on this product.

Had this device a while - not very satisfactory. Tells me no network coverage - particularly if raining. Or not connected to Internet. Jumps back to previous day and time. In fairness I have found my cat with it - easier to do in evening. Can jump to different part of city - when picks up another wi fi. And have been able to see his route overnight - which is when he goes out. Found the collar once with use of the watch finder. But on a daily basis it is very frustrating.

Do not buy from this company. Same experience as all the others, tracked incorrectly, battery didn’t charge for long. Bad service when attempting to contact them. Promised a refund 26th June but after numerous emails from me, I can only assume they don’t exist. Watch £60, sim contract £48, heavy mistake on my part!

Got a tracker few weeks ago not happy with it all. Tells me my cats miles away but she right with me in the garden plus the battery drains so fast I've put it on update every 10mins recommended setting don't even last 6 hours. I full charged it last night then turned it off as my cat doesn't go out at night time. When I switched it on this morning it had 26% charge left. Wish I had got another brand of tracker. Got this because one of my cats got attacked by two kid he later died so wanted to protect my other cat. Please read reviews carefully before making a choice. Delivery was fast

I recently purchased your pet tracker and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Although the delivery was timely and I was able to register the device through the iOS app, the accuracy of the tracker was poor. When I attached the tracker to my cat’s collar and left him to roam around, it indicated that my cat was over a mile away, and at someone’s house when my cat was actually right in front of me. After removing the tracker and charging it, it reverted back locate it at my house. However, upon reattaching the device to my cat’s collar, the app was unable to locate it, despite indicating that it was registered correctly. As a result, I am unable to rely on this tracker to keep my pet safe and would not recommend it to other pet owners. Unfortunately, I have to give this product a 1-star review.

Don’t buy with this company. I purchased the GPS watch for Alzheimer’s patients. It arrived faulty and after speaking with company returned the watch, with a promise of a refund. It is now 3 months since the watch was returned. I have a string of emails promising to refund me, but still nothing. I left a 1* review on their website with the above - it funnily doesn’t appear with the 4-5* reviews. I commented on Facebook and Instagram posts telling others that they do not refund. UbeeQuee got in touch via direct message, promised to sort this out, and again nothing has happened. They deleted my comments. Alzheimer’s patients are vulnerable. Carers cannot afford to waste £70 on a scam. You cannot censor reviews to show what you want to show about your own company. Do not buy from them, do not trust them.

I can only assume Ubeequee has ceased operation - received non functioning device in November 2022, after a couple of emails back and forth, no replacement and since January 2023, no reply to emails. Had to cancel direct debit via bank and claim previous d/d via bank. Shame.

Tracker was returned and signed for on the 28th March, after sending a number of emails I was told my refund would be received by the 14th april, I’m still here with no refund and you have the item returned, my emails are now being ignored so I have issued you a 7 day grace period to refund me in full otherwise I will be issuing court proceedings for my refund, of which you will then be liable for the court fees too. This is unacceptable that you are holding onto customers money when there is evidence of you having the item back along with an email admitting that you have received it…..very disappointing

Just recently purchased this tracker with subscription costing over £100. Poor location accuracy and to underline my claim the tracker has unfortunately come off my cat and is somewhere near my house. It is still active but when trying to search manually it is know where to be seen in the location on the map. I will not recommend anyone purchase this item and I will seek a refund of my subsciption and put this bad purchasing experience behind me.

Tracker works just fine, however clip to hold the tracker is not secure enough. Any rough play with another dog and the tracker is off.

Not really much use as a tracker. In the week we’ve had it, according to the app, our cat has been as far afield as China and Peterborough. Last night he went missing again (he does that a lot, that’s why we bought the tracker) The last update was at 05:56 this morning with 43% of battery left. Since then, my attempts to get a more recent position have met with a ‘request sent - please wait’ message, but no updated location. I did receive a message saying the battery was low and to recharge, but no location. Sadly, as the battery lasts not much more than a day I suspect that’s our last chance to track him down! I couldn’t recommend this device. It’s been fun to see roughly where our cat has been for a few days but the device is very unreliable, often jumping back in time to give the latest location as being from the day before and the whole app experience feels about 10 years out of date.

Hi David, I am sorry to read through this review but do hope that we can assit. With location accuracy, I would highly recommend switching off 'set local base station' in your APP settings. This will help prevent China from appearing, first and foremost (we suspect that may be a factory setting) and also more local inaccuracies. The trackers will always work at their best outdoors when GPS is available. We fear that your cat's tracker may have already run out of charge. If you look at the time of the 'low battery' prompt and when the last location update came through, the battery percentage displayed on screen, will have reduced further. If it gets to below 10% charge, the tracker will have difficulty communicating with the APP. I do hope your cat returns home safely. I am very disappointed with the operation of gps : The transfer of commands (location, remote stop of GPS) is random and often, does not work. The GPS therefore remains blocked, does not transmit the position of the dog and discharges unnecessarily outside the walk.
