All in all the device does what it says it does..I would just like to see the battery lasting longer than just 2 days!!!

I find your service and support very good but have concerns regarding the durability. Out of the six units we have taken, two have been lost by being snagged of the holder, but two have failed. Regards George.

Lost already, cat got the collar off and the device shows offline so how can you track or find it second one now….

Overall a good watch though needs to be less sensitive with the fall alert

Hi Hazel, Thank you ever so much for your kind review. I am glad that on the whole, the watch is working well. I hope it continues to do so. Regarding the fall alert sensor, you raise a good point. If you do find it to be a bit too sensitive and not required, you can switch it off via the APP settings (the cog). The setting is named Fall Reminder and it can be toggled off. An precise instruction leaflet with the device would be more useful. Emailing a query means waiting 24 - 48 hours for a reply when you might need information immediately. Or a phone helpline would be good. The tracker generally works well and I love that my cat has it.

The start-up guide and manual are quite brief as we know that many people are put off by extensive instructions and may miss some vital info. We do have a large online help area. Have to say I’m a little disappointed with the device. The actual satellite picture needs updating as it still shows my house as a field! Yet the houses were built 3 years ago! It needs updating! The battery doesn’t last that long on the device. Just expected a little more for my money! Also I’m in a monthly rolling contract and they just take the money from your bank without any warning or asking whether you want to continue etc.

Good afternoon, I am sorry to read your negative review but fully understand and appreciate the reason for it. With the mapping, we are at the mercy of mapping services (Google Maps, iOS maps etc) and it is they, who will need to update your neck of the woods, now that the land has now been built on. I appreciate that is a real pain. With regards to the monthly rolling contract, you have pretty much defined what that means. It will keep rolling, each month. You are always very welcome to cancel. I am really happy with my cat tracker. No more stress worrying about where he is. The tracker is so accurate I can find him anytime I want him home. He is not bothered wearing it, has no issue putting it on, and is happy taking off at night for a break. No more lost cat.

Thank you for giving the family peace of mind. My wife has Dementia and the 4G Safe tracking watch is giving me such peace of mind should she wander. We have had it for about 6 weeks and I found out from the support team that I could share the tracking with my son, who lives in a different part of the country. He downloaded the app and I sent him the device number so he could keep an eye on his mum from afar. He worries about us but thanks to Ubeequee he doesn't need to anymore.

I am very pleased with the 4G Ranger. The 2G version was great but my dog lost it in a bush, so I thought I would upgrade. Works perfectly and the customer service is polite, quick and knowledgeable.

I’m so disappointed with this tracker it’ hard to know where to begin. I’m now using the excellent ‘Tracktive’ alternative. With tractive, the battery lasts about 3 days. Once it’s full it alerts you. But it also stops charging automatically. By contrast, UbeeQuee warn you that it’s your fault if the battery is damaged as you have to remember not to overcharge it. Since they don’t alert you when it’s full, it’s impossible to fulfil this. Unless you spend 2 hrs watching it until the lights change. Once I heard it power itself off at the beginning of a dog walk despite the fact the battery was supposed to be 70%. I had intended to have it on my dog semi-permanently – in case he bolted out of a door. This I realised I could not do as the battery would not last 24 hrs. You want a fully charged battery on the tracker when the dog escapes as it would have to work much harder sending signals at this point. Since it wouldn’t last 24 hrs even on battery save mode (1 hr updates) I had no faith that it would last more than a few minutes if the dog got loose. By contrast the Tractive tracker, sends many more frequent updates. Once in LIVE mode it updates every few seconds & that doesn’t appear to dent the battery. So you can follow it in real time. With UbeeQuee, on sending an update request, it says ‘sending’ then at some point – quite a while later, it updates the position, but unless you happen to be looking at the screen when this happens, you can miss it. The only thing telling you that it’s now updated is the new timings on the last position, which are incredibly small. Tractive, but default, have the tracker & your phone both on the map. This makes it super easy to see how far away you are from the dog. UbeeQuee doesn’t, so you have to actually read the map properly. The rubber mount I was supplied with had a fractured loop. So I had to wait for another to be sent – which took about 5 days. So I had this rescue dog – high escape risk, & couldn’t use the tracker. I’m glad I was supplied with two replacements. Glad, because the first one I tried was also weak at the loops & snapped with the gentlest of tugs. The other one those seem fine. I think if UbeeQuee want to learn everything they can do to improve their product into something fit for purpose, they could do worse than study the Tractive tracker. It took about 6 weeks for me to decide the UbeeQuee wasn’t fit for purpose. I have been offered a cancelation on subscription (still to be executed) but I was told I was too late to get a refund.

This is a very good tracker which has given us peace of mind when letting our escapist terrier into the garden or when taking him out in the fields. We did use it to find him on two occasions out in the fields when he managed to slip out of his harness. It led us straight to him. Overall a very good product. When we lost his first tracker, we bought a second one and UBEEQUEE transferred the contract without us even asking them to. We have since ensured that the tracker is never to low on battery so that the 'find my watch' function can be used to locate it in thick plantation.

We bought this tracker after our cat went missing. This tracker by far as given us peace of mind. I searched the internet to find the best tracker on the market and also most cost effective. Customer service are brilliant at sorting out any problems and replying the same day. I couldn’t believe how far my cat actually goes. The tracker works perfectly every time. I love checking on him through the day and knowing where he is. The tracker seems to be the smallest one on the market, with my cat being black you don’t really notice it on him. I would recommend getting a buckle collar as it’s a pain trying to find the tracker when he gets his collar off. Lucky we got the one that plays back sound and make it easier to find. If you are thinking about buying one, do not hesitate. You won’t regret it!

For a couple of days each week the tracker works fine but the battery doesnt hold up too well and by midweek we get a not 'connected to the internet' message and so we cannot get updates on Dads location (he has memory issues).

Hi Anthony, Thank you for your review, that is good of you. With the battery, if you are using it sparingly, I would recommend setting the tracker to update hourly. To do this, go to the APP settings and down to 'location update schedule'. It may have defaulted to 10 minute updates which will only give you two days of charge. Hourly updates should give you closer to 4 days. That may be easier to manage for you and your father. I hope that helps and thanks again :) Kind regards, Mary
