Regarding the fall alert sensor, you raise a good point. If you do find it to be a bit too sensitive and not required, you can switch it off via the APP settings (the cog). The setting is named Fall Reminder and it can be toggled off.

“An precise instruction leaflet with the device would be more useful. Emailing a query means waiting 24 - 48 hours for a reply when you might need information immediately. Or a phone helpline would be good. The tracker generally works well and I love that my cat has it.”

You mention an instruction leaflet. The start-up guide and manual are quite brief as we know that many people are put off by extensive instructions and may miss some vital info.

“This is a very good tracker which has given us peace of mind when letting our escapist terrier into the garden or when taking him out in the fields. We did use it to find him on two occasions out in the fields when he managed to slip out of his harness. It led us straight to him. Overall a very good product. When we lost his first tracker, we bought a second one and UBEEQUEE transferred the contract without us even asking them to. We have since ensured that the tracker is never to low on battery so that the 'find my watch' function can be used to locate it in thick plantation.”
