“well the tracker is just focused on the shop accross the road most of the time when i click locate i get the message not connected to the internet very hard work to figure out when i click remote health i get not connected to the internet beginning to wish i hadnt purchased it”

Hi Jeanette, I am very sorry to read that you're not having a very good experience with the watch. Sadly, you have not been in touch with us so that we can help you. Hopefully, this is a good opportunity. When indoors, GPS cannot be received so it is highly likely that your indoor Wi-Fi position, puts the tracker over the road. On this occasion, a shop. As soon as you go outdoors, GPS will be picked up instead. As we mention in the guidebook you will have received. You will receive this reply as an email. “Tracker is good, works well,the "fall" element is extremely sensitive and we may jave to turn it off, but still waiting for a response as I can't set up the voice subscription.”

Hi Mandy, Thanks very much for your kind review. Would you be able to send us an email directly to help@ubeequee.zendesk.com as I fear the previous email exchange may have landed in your junk mail. We did respond, regarding the fall setting and your Voice Subscription. This reply is public so for anyone else worried about the sensitivity on the 'fall' setting, it can be toggled off within the settings on the APP. The setting is named 'Fall Reminder'.
