“Debbie was great, she has organised redelivery of the tracker, as it is held at post office, as in error - I gave my billing address postcode with a different delivery address, so did not receive the item. So I am waiting for it to arrive soon but sadly I have missed my free week of tracking.”

Hi Irene, You should have received a text message to inform you that your tracker has been suspended due to you not having a subscription. This is why your tracker does not work. “Disappointed with this product. Although the fit and comfort was good as advertised, the accuracy of the tracking seems poor. The tracker was supposedly around 1 mile away from where our cat was at one point. I was hoping for better resolution even closer to our house, but as the cat was inside our house, the tracker located him in several other houses (changing every 2 - 3 minutes). I won't be taking out a subscription unless this can be improved.”

Good morning Thusan, I am sorry to see your review. It doesn't look like you had been in touch with us to query this inaccuracy issue either. That is a shame as we can definitely help. If the tracker is showing a location of over a mile away, it sounds to me like the tracker may be defaulting to LBS signals (blue location point) at times. These are the physical masts you see dotted around the country. They will usually put the tracker a mile or two away - not ideal. If you go to your APP settings (the little cog on the APP) and down to the setting called 'set local base station', I would highly recommend switching this off. Then, return to your main map screen and press locate again. After about 40 seconds, it should reposition the location and help prevent it from picking up very inaccurate locations in the future. You also mentioned the location indoors. One thing to note, , when a tracker is indoors GPS cannot be received. That is a limitation with all GPS trackers, I'm afraid. So it defaults to Wi-Fi (green location point. This is not your Wi-Fi, rather it is system that uses the characteristics of nearby Wi-Fi hotspots and other wireless access points to discover where a device is located. These are usually accurate within about 30 metres. As tech improves, accuracy with Wi-Fi should too. We do mention the above in our guide book, which you will have received. “This device needs some redesign. The protective rubber material is not adequate for long hair cats and the handles are too large. I have a very large long hair cat that gets his fur tangled in the device. It needs another material. The history does not display consistently. I would suggest to add a feature on the app to download the history data onto a spreadsheet ( e.g. Excel , SPSS) so we scientists studying cat behaviour can do a statistical analysis of the cat's movements. I will be happy to provide some advice on this matter.”

“Our tracker is great for keeping tabs on our little scamp, Marcel. It gives us peace of mind when he tries to pull an all-nighter on us! The after-sales support from Ubeequee has also been fantastic, especially when he slipped his collar and we had to arrange a replacement. We would definitely recommend this product.”

“Bought to track cat who was going from being an indoor cat to an outdoor cat. This product has brought great peace of mind that I can let my cat go outside by himself and I know if he’s running off/sticking in the local area. I wouldn’t let him go outside without it. The GPS accuracy is within the 5-15m stated limit and fine for the job (narrows him down to 2/3 adjoining gardens). It is just about small enough to not bother my adult cat being around his neck. The battery life requires active management to keep charged (opportunistic removing and charging the tracker when he is asleep). I charge every other day. If this product had a longer battery life (72 hours +) it would be 5 stars. For the price I am very satisfied with the peace of mind it has given me to know what part of the estate my cat is hanging around in, and that’s he’s not getting into trouble (main roads, going too far).”

“Absolutely love our tracker , gives great peace of mind to know where our cat is , especially as we work long hours . Quite precise , usually within about a 5 - 10 metre radius . Got this one as a spare whilst our other tracker is charging.”
