Hi Richard, Having looked into your tracker, I can see that the reason you find it offline, is that it has been suspended. This is due to you not having a subscription on your tracker. Subscriptions can be ordered here - https://www.ubeequee.com/product/normal-subscription/ Kind regards, Sam

“The app is not clear or intuitive. There is no helpline to call and the standard help messages I get when I ask for help for the 3rd time in the week since I bought it, do not match what I see on the app, they are out of date. I used to work in IT help and development in finance. I would have been fired for a product like this. I have very little trust that I can rely on this device to keep my father with dementia safe. Ubeequee you need to do better, ALOT better than this.”

This customer also went by the name of John on Trustpilot and it has now been dealt with. Sadly, we did offer help but to no avail.

“Mixed Review. 5 Star for the helpdesk team who helped out and were responsive. 1 Star for battery life. How can a person who forgets, remember to charge this up every day? It is also fiddly to charge. So it suits if you live with the person the device is for, but not if you don't. Would recommend the voice package as it is brilliant. All in all good value”

“I RECEIVED IT QUICK AND EFFICIENTLY UNFORTUNATELY MY MOBILE WAS POSSIBLY TOO OLD SO UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD APP. I HAVE RETURNED THE TRACKER TO WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY YOU. I WAS TOLD MY REFUND WOULD BE RETURNED TO MY BANK ACCOUNTTHANKING YOU”

“Mom loves to go for lots of walks and I have a busy life, I am her only caregiver and work too, recently as her dementia has progressed she became confused/ lost on her walks and finding her was impossible without emergency services, now she can go out when she wishes without worry or having to call emergency services, excellent purchase, and customer support, Sam was more than helpful when i had an offline issue, would recommend to caregiver”

I am sorry to read that her dementia has progressed and that she is becoming more confused/muddled. “Have only had the 4G tracker for about a week, as I upgraded from the 2G. So far I am quite pleased with it and find it an improvement to the old one. One thing I think is a great improvement is the magnetic charging lead, not having to get something pointed to lift the little plastic flap. The only thing I would like to see improved is the time it takes to change from GPS to WiFi, when driving to a destination then entering a building.”

Hi Cecil, Thank you every so much for your kind review. I am so pleased to hear that your upgrade, from the original Zen, to our new Zen 4G has been a worthwhile move and an improvement. Regarding the magnetic charging lead, I completely agree. It is much easier. You make an interesting point about the change from GPS to Wi-Fi and vice versa. At the moment, with a manual 'locate' request, it will take around 45 seconds to change. As much as we would like that time to decrease, we are relying on satelitte availabilty and/or Wi-Fi connectivity. As always, keep in touch. Thanks again. Kind regards, Sam
