“Je ne sais pas si c'est ce lot ou une odeur caractéristique du produit, mais rien que l'ouverture du produit laisse s'échapper une odeur nauséabonde. Prendre une gélule relève du défi. Je l'ai fait pourtant, avec en tête l'image d'une arrivée aux urgences. Mais non, je suis bien vivant et sans aucun mal de ventre. Jnai même eu l'impression que ca m'avait redonné de l'énergie.
Ça demande quand même du courage au réveil de se lancer dans " l'aventure de la gélule".

One thing to note is they do have a strong smell and taste, so strong that it even stays on your hands after consuming. Just in case that concerns anyone.”

Shilajit sounds very exotic, and had I not came across information on it online when I was looking for ideas to enhance daily exercise it wouldn't have been something I had any background knowledge on. Shilajit itself seeps out from mountains in the Himalayas,so its a very unique and strange ingredient.
This particular supplement from vegavero contains a high percentage of fulvic acid in each supplement From my understanding, the fulvic acid percentage has a massive impact on the effectiveness and benefits of shilajit supplements.The capsule size is about the standard size, it is easy to swallow with water, but it is not something that will be easy to swallow if you have trouble swallowing supplements in general... I wouldn't let that stop you from taking it though especially given the benefits.
I felt the effects of this just after about 6 hours on my first take, I had a bit more of a drive in my daily exercise, and felt more eager to get going with it.I exercise daily, though even on the rare days where I have missed my routine, I have noticed that I just felt more alert or interested in things , so I would recommend this even if you just want to re vitalise yourself in some way or another and are serious about getting into a good healthy regime.I would highly recommend fulvic rich shilajit, Though I would highly recommend exercise and a healthy mineral rich diet to enhance its effectiveness in improving yourself as you take it.”
