Vegavero is a really reputable brand, as a vegan I have used their products before and have always been happy with the standards of the quality of their supplements.
I always wanted to try Shilajit so when I saw this I just knew I had to give it a try. I have chronic pain and chronic fatigue conditions so upon reading in the listing of their product that these helps with energy, strength and health it just made me want to try it more.
It came well sealed, it was secured on the outside and had sealing on the inside of the bottle too. The capsules are medium size, I'd say it's the standard size that supplements come in. I am used to swallowing supplements so I personally did not have any issues. There was no smell, no taste and no after taste so I am happy!
I give it four stars because I have not been taking these capsules for long enough to notice any benefits yet, but I will definitely be updating this review in a couple of months or sooner if I notice a prominent difference or change to anything.
Edit: I have updated my review of the Shilajit Extract Capsules to five stars. I have noticed a difference in my energy levels. Really gives me a boost though out the day though towards the end of the day I am back to being fatigued though this comes with my chronic fatigue I do really appreciate the extra boost. I do recommend giving these a try as they have so many benefits.”
“Javais tellement entendu de choses positives sur ce produit utilisé en médecine ayurvedique. Pas déçue. Aide à réduire le stress. Bon diurétique, anti inflammatoire et booster d’energie. Cependant j’aimerais bien l’essayer sous forme de résine collante et non pas en gélules. (Trop de compléments alimentaires sont sous forme de gélules je trouve). J’ai essayé d’ouvrier une capsule et le goût est très fort. Je recommande ce produit car il est intéressant d’essayer.”
