“Vegavero is my most favourite supplements company - have tried a tonne of their products now and they're always the best of their type. Have honestly never had a bad experience with them. They've supplanted Solgar in our house, and we used them for decades.
So, onto Saccharomyces Boulardii - if you suffer from IBS, these may be incredibly helpful for you, especially if you have the kind of IBS that leads to a runny tummy. You may notice a little oddness at first as the probiotics fix your gut flora, but they're really second to none for sorting out those digestive issues.
And if you're going to experiment with Saccharomyces Boulardii, you can't find better than Vegavero. I'm pretty much a fan at this point.
Not for nothing, but I used to suffer from terrible terrible IBS combined with awful indigestion, and the thing that seems to be fixing it is a daily portion of kimchi. Specifically, Vadasz kimchi which isn't so spicy it will trigger an appalling attack of heartburn.
So, aye: Saccharomyces Boulardii by Vegavero and a daily portion of kimchi should chase the worst of your IBS/constipation/runny tummy/indigestion issues away.

I wanted to trial these as I have a few different illnesses and mixed with side effects from some medication. I can have bouts of the runs.
Takeing for over three weeks so far and I think my Olympic run to the toilet have maybe about halfed.
Now I can't say it's down to these pills or not because it was never a regular occurance when it does happen.

“Really like this brand. It is a German company and the only make vegan products so as a vegan it makes choosing supplements very easy. The packaging is initially slightly confusing as it is in multiple languages. However once you get past that it is easy enough to understand. You get a long expiry date of almost 2 years from the time of ordering so plenty of time to use the supplement. The capsules are of typical size and easy enough to swallow and of course they are made from a vegetarian shell.
The daily dosage is one capsule so this supplement will last you 120 days. I love the attention they make to the quality of the ingredients with no unnecessary additions. Overall I am very happy and another great supplement from a company that I really like and trust.”
“Ich hatte bei einem Darmcheck das Ergebnis bekommen, dass ich mir wohl von Reisen in die Karibik einen Einzeller mitgebracht habe - den Blastocystis hominis und dieser wohl für diverse Probleme mit meinem Darm verantwortlich sei. Früher war man der Ansicht, dass dieser Einzeller wohl nicht so problematisch sei, heute ist man sich da aber gar nicht mehr sicher - vielmehr geht man zwischenzeitlich sogar davon aus, dass er zu Darmkrebs führen kann.
Deshalb wollte ich ihn gerne loswerden, jedoch ohne diese Hammermedikamente und Antibiotika. Deshalb habe ich mich auf die Suche begeben und bin auf Saccharomyces Boulardi gestossen. Erst hatte ich mir Perenterol gekauft, was aber nicht so gut funktionierte. Deshalb habe ich dann noch den Versuch mit diesem Produkt gestartet. Ich dachte - Versuch macht klug. Ich habe morgens und abends jeweils 1 Kapsel genommen und habe das sehr gut vertragen. In Folge habe ich dann eine erneute Darmuntersuchung machen lassen - und siehe da - der Einzeller war nicht mehr nachweisbar.
Ein schöner Nebeneffekt, außer dass mein Darm sich beruhigt hatte, war dass mein Hautbild sehr schön wurde. Also sehr klar und rein.
Also ich werde das Produkt, das auch frei von schädlichen Zusatzstoffen ist, wieder bestellen um eine Kur damit zu machen.”
