“Well, i fell for it hook line and sinker. i was enticed by this supplement as it looks to be copying the Jarrow S.Boulardii formula and that one works with bells on, but it's been so expensive after Brexit. i got enticed by the price of this also, but i've been taking it now for almost a month and have noticed NADA. now, some probiotics take a while to notice effects or need specific circumstances to potentiate their benefits, but S.Boulardii isn't one of those probiotics. i've been taking the Jarrow one since 2015 and the effects of that one are immediately noticeable(improved digestion, less mental fatigue, improved skin texture, regular and more solid bowel movements) and i have never had an issue where a batch was not as potent as the last. this is the sad truth about the majority of supplements i find in the EU/UK. they simply cannot compete with the big American brands like Jarrow, Thorne Research, NOW, Pure Encapsulations etc for you expecting the desired effect and in terms of quality. i hate being a "fanboy"of anything, but this is my honest experience with supplements within the EU/UK. i cannot whole heartedly recommend a single supplement company in the UK for instance that is reliable other than perhaps Metabolics, and Epigenetics, but these are bread and butter supplements, aminos, minerals etc, not adaptogenic herbs and probiotic strains.
The reason for this is that in the UK it is too expensive to do third party lab tests of every batch for independent companies, so most just rely on the COA report they receive when they receive the raw materials. COA reports can be fraudulent (just look at most of the independent supplement companies on Ebay for an examples of that. also, avoid all of those supplement sellers on Ebay)since there is no standardisation for how HPLC testing is performed, if the products have even been tested with HPLC that is
This strain of S.Boulardii is either dead, or biologically ineffective. given the price of the supplement for the quantity, i have to assume that one of those is the case.
I've said it in another review, but there really is no such thing as cheap supplements. they are cheap for a reason e.g poor raw materials, untested batches, ineffective ingredients and extracts, not because the seller or company is willing to go out of pocket for you”
“Have tried a few products from this brand and all have been ineffective compared to others. Had so many positive results from Kirkman Sachromyces Boulardii. Ears not itching, mucus reduced at night in throat and feeling good. Absolutely zero from this and can only think its full off a cheap filler to help the placebo hunters.”

Aggiornamento del 1 giugno 2023. Ho preso un'altra confezione di questo probiotico dopo un periodo di 2 mesi che non lo prendevo e infatti cominciavo ad avere l'intestino che faceva i capricci e di conseguenza ho ripreso l'assunzione e in 3 giorni il mio intestino è tornato educato.
Una sola raccomandazione su questo integratore, non è per tutti, ci sono delle controindicazioni per alcune patologie abbastanza serie dove è fortemente sconsigliato qualsiasi pre-biotico o probiotico. In caso di patologie o assunzione di medicinali informarsi dal proprio dal medico se non ci sono contro indicazioni col proprio stato di salute.
****Aggiornamento del 19 marzo 2024, vista la strategia commerciale di diminuire la quantità da 120 a 90 pillole, ho smesso di acquistare questo prodotto e tolgo 1 stella. Ne ne ho trovato un altro sempre qui su Amazon ad un prezzo minore di un paio di euro e con 120 capsule, stessa qualità, stessi ottimi risultati.”
“Ich habe den Inhalt einer Kapsel in eine leere Flasche gegeben und mit einem Liter naturtrüben Apfelsaft gefüllt. Wenn die Kulturen die Gefriertrocknung überlebt haben, sollten sie nach einiger Zeit aufwachen und mit der Fermentierung beginnen.
Zunächst tat sich erstmal 24 Stunden überhaupt nichts. Dann wachten die Kulturen plötzlich auf und es ging volle Pulle los. Die Gasbläschen strömten unablässig an die Oberfläche. Bei der zweiten Flasche und Kapsel hat es ca. 28 Stunden gebraucht, bis es losging. Also scheint zumindest der Inhalt in bester Ordnung zu sein.
Die Kapsel macht auf mich nicht den Eindruck, magensaftresistent zu sein. Saccharomyces Boulardii soll die Magensäure zwar überleben können, jedoch bin ich mir unsicher, ob sich das auf aktive Kulturen beschränkt oder auch gefriergetrocknete mit einschließt.
Ich möchte von dem Inhalt einer Kapsel dennoch mehr haben und werde sie in Zukunft zur Fermentierung einsetzen, weil sie sich beim Futtern bestimmt ordentlich vermehren werden.”

The cncm i-745 has the proven result against the digestive infection bacteries, such as the most dangerous Clostridioides difficile. This isnt the best choice unfortunately :( I will stay at the Pharmacy product.”
