Review: Vegavera Sport L-Citrullin Plus – A Complete Scam! I rarely write reviews, but this supplement is so misleading that I feel obligated to warn others. Vegavera Sport proudly claims: "HIGHEST COMBINATION DOSAGE ON THE MARKET: Our high strength pre workout supplement provides 2946 mg L-Citrulline Malate (2000 mg pure Citrulline) and 1600 mg L-Arginine Base with 600 mg beetroot extract per daily dose - more than competing products offer." Sounds great, right? Except that this "high strength" daily dose is SIX giant capsules! Here’s the reality: L-Citrulline: To get an effective dose of 6–8g, you’d need to take 18–24 capsules per day. L-Arginine: To reach 6–9g, you’d have to swallow 24–36 capsules daily. Capsule size: These aren’t tiny pills either – they’re massive. Given the total weight of the container (165g), each capsule is roughly 1g, meaning the actual active ingredients per capsule are minimal. So what’s the problem? False marketing: They claim to offer a “high-strength” formula, yet the doses are ridiculously low compared to actual effective levels. Unrealistic consumption: No one in their right mind will take 20+ horse-sized capsules per day. Better alternatives exist: A simple L-Citrulline Malate powder would be far cheaper, more effective, and wouldn’t require swallowing a fistful of pills. Verdict: DO NOT BUY! This is a textbook supplement scam, preying on people who don’t check the actual effective dosages. If you’re serious about performance, avoid this product and get a proper citrulline malate powder instead. ⭐ Final rating: 0/5 – Absolute rip-off.
