Recommend dosage is 4 a day, so thatâs only a months supply, of course you donât have to take 4, you could half that depending on your routine, either way they seem a little pricey, although easy to swallow and no real taste.

“Fairly, there are great things about this supplement that I like. One, it serves as a convenient alternative to powdered or liquid electrolyte replacements. It comes in capsule form, allowing for easy transport and consumption whenever a boost in electrolytes is needed, like after participating in a workout or exercising. This helps in combating dehydration caused by vomiting or diarrhea. Another, it contains added vitamin B, which promotes muscles, energy metabolism, and healthy nerves.
Despite I love this supplement, I am not particularly fond of having to take multiple capsules. To be specific, the recommended daily dosage is 4 capsules. Moreover, it only includes selected types of vitamin B. For instance, it doesnât contain vitamin B3, which is known for aiding in restful sleep and energy release from food.
All in all, I would recommend this electrolytes supplement due to its pleasant taste, accessibility, & practicality. “I workout a lot through running, cycling, rowing and strength training. Due to the amount of sweating I need to make sure I keep my electrolytes balanced. These Vegavero tablets do a great job. They are easy to swallow, and having used them 12 times now, I haven't had problems with cramping in my legs.
The only issue I have, and hence why a 4-star review and not a 5-star review is the price. At the time of review they cost ÂŁ21.95 for 30 days, whereas a traditional effervescent tablet costs much cheaper, even well known brands available on Amazon such as Science in Sport.”
