“Die Qualität der Kapseln stimmt, sie sind ohne Zusatzstoffe, laborgeprüft und aus einer deutschen Produktion.
Die Kapseln sind gut versiegelt, riechen und schmecken leicht nach Heu, was nicht unangenehm ist, und lassen sich gut schlucken.
Die Wirkung von Bockshornklee lässt sich nicht unbedingt direkt spüren, sondern müsste gemessen werden, wie zum Beispiel die Verbesserung des Testosteronspiegels mit einem Bluttest oder die Wirkung auf dem Blutzucker nach den Mahlzeiten mit einem Glukose-Messgerät.
Die Mengenangabe von 2900 mg im Titel ist allerdings irreführend, da man die Menge in einer Kapsel vermuten würde. Aber auf dem Etikett steht klein drauf, dass eine Portion aus 4 (!) Kapseln besteht und nur 2000 mg Bockshornklee Pulver enthält. Damit wird das ungünstige Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieses Produktes vertuscht.
Um die für eine Wirksamkeit relevante und in den meisten Studien verwendete tägliche Dosis von 500 mg Bockshornklee-EXTRAKT zu erreichen, muss man entsprechend den Angaben auf dem Etikett mindestens 8-9 Kapseln pro Tag schlucken. Dabei fällt dann aber auch noch der sehr niedrige Saponine-Gehalt von mickrigen 3,5 mg pro Portion auf. Es gibt Wettbewerber-Produkte, die 500 mg Bockshornklee-Extrakt in EINER Kapsel enthalten, wovon 250 mg Saponine sind - und das zum gleichen Kapselpreis.
Die Kapseln sind m.E. viel zu teuer und haben zu wenig Wirkstoff (Saponine), wie ich finde, sind sie eine Mogelpackung und ich kann sie daher nicht empfehlen.”

You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 4 then they will last you around a month. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. “Not sure it's worth the price but apparently this is an organic version of Fenugreek which explains the higher than normal price tag. If you are someone that is adamant that your products have to be in the organic camp then this is for you. If you're a bit of a sceptic like me and sometimes think it's just a label then it's probably not for you as there is no discernible difference that I can tell between this and other Fenugreek supplements I've tried. Having just said that though this does have a high 2000Mg + content per tab which is higher than a lot of other brands I've tried.”
