“Sadly, this seller is not upfront and honest about their recommended dose. In the very small print, they swing between recommending 3 / 4 caps per dose. Obviously, this raises the cost per day hugely. Imo, this sort of misleading presentation is not at all acceptable. Currently, the buyer will get 120 caps for £16.90, but this will only be enough for 1 - 2 months.
Honestly, I don't see why you would buy from Vegavero, when elsewhere on Amazon. you could be getting a high quality supplement, only one capsule to swallow as against 3 / 4 yet higher strength, much cheaper, sourced from the EU and made in the UK.”
“As a fan of supplements, I saw these fenugreek capsules and ordered them to try.
Upon receiving the capsules, the first thing I did was check the packaging; the seals were intact and clearly had not been opened. The label, however, was scratched in many places and seemed to be a bit shabby considering the bright colours presented. The date of expiry is 31st January 2024 (I received these on 11th April 2024) so will last the better part of two years. What shocked me, however, is the complete lack of directions. Although it says one portion is 4 capsules, it does not say whether or not to take them with food, before food, on a fasted stomach, in the morning, before bed, all four pills at once, two capsules two times a day, or anything else.
I find this lack of direction fairly concerning as not knowing when and how to take the capsules will impede their usefulness.
The capsules themselves smell very herbal and are tasteless. They seem to work OK though honestly I cannot report having felt any of the effects yet. I will circle back and re-review in a few weeks.”
