Un'altra cosa molto importante da ricordare è che non ho trovato difficoltà nel prendere sonno la sera ne ho notato risvegli notturni o disturbi del sonno,per lo meno non più di quanti ne avessi abitualmente.

Read the label carefully to make sure it’s not going to interfere with any other supplements you may be taking. They are easy to swallow and I can’t say I could taste anything untoward. I find it tends to work fairly quickly and does seem to add to my energy and endurance levels. I’m not using it for sports but just to help with normal chores, but it certainly seems to help.
Mind, I’m no stranger to either maca root or ginseng; both of which I’ve been using in one form or another for quite a long time and am convinced of their effectiveness, so am pleased to see this supplement with it’s higher concentrations and pure product status (the latter now being very important to me as supplements with additives are quickly rejected).
I can’t comment on tribulus terrestris though as it’s a plant that I’m mostly unfamiliar with. However, it appears to be used (or has been used) in traditional medicine, so undoubtedly it’ll have it’s own healthful properties which adds to the overall effectiveness of the combination here. I like the fact that the vitamin C is derived from natural sources and not synthetic ones. I appreciate too that the zinc is in a particularly bioavailable format. I’m not sure why the amino acid L-arginine is included but it’ll have its purposes.
I really like the purity and lab testing for both active ingredients and containments; again, positives that draw me to certain supplements over others.
There’s a lot to commend this product, and I’ll admit that I really like it, and can see me realistically considering it again in the future, especially as the price point is very good.”
