“This creatine powder comes in a resealable bag and has a spoon included in it to give you the correct messure. You just need 1 of this small spoon mixed into 250ml of water. I put mine in a 500ml protein drink. It has no flavour and is oderless. This only thing I notice is a very slight gritty texture, but it doesn't bother me. It helps give me a boost for my workout and has helped a lot with muscle recovery. Before, I would ache badly the next day, but this seems to have stopped that happening altogether. I have to say it's doing its job in aiding muscle recovery and growth. I am happy with thos product and I am planning on buying more when I need it as I know this one works for me.”
