Das ist sehr positiv für mich, da ich zusätzlich noch etliche weitere Nahrungsergänzungsmittel nehme.

“I ordered these as they are vegan cruelty free vitamin D3 . Only one capsule per week is required , however I’m not sure on this practice as previously I’ve used D3 on a daily basis so I will look further into that . Otherwise for the price it’s a years supply .”
“Das Vegavero Vitamin D3 K2 ist mit 7000 IU Vitamin D3 wirklich äußerst hoch dosiert. Eine Dosierungsempfehlung gebe ich an dieser Stelle nicht. Man sollte dies im Zweifel mit seinem (hoffentlich) kompetenten Arzt besprechen und von Zeit zu Zeit messen lassen.
Mein größter Kritikpunkt ist der recht hohe Preis. Für 60 Kapseln ist das einfach ein gutes Stück zu viel. Ansonsten ein gutes Produkt”

Ich nutze seit längerem eine solche Kombi um Nebenwirkungen (Knochenabbau) eines anderen Medikamentes entgegen zu wirken. Die Dosis bei diesen Kapseln ist sehr gut.”

En este caso he elegido estas por su contenido de Vitamina D3 que es necesaria para los huesos, dientes, presión arterial, sistema inmunitario, etc...
Muy completa la verdad, pero lo que más me ha gustado es que es solo una pastilla a la semana, osea, 4 al mes, y yo que odio tomar pastillas para mi es una maravilla. y tampoco tienen un tamaño exagerado que esto también me molesta mucho.

“The capsules are packaged in a green transparent screw top plastic bottle labelled with general information, nutritional information and usage warnings. The label print is small, but clear to read, in Spanish, English and German..
The capsules are around 22mm long and 8mm diameter (7/8" x 5/16" diameter) so are a large capsule, but are easy to take with a good amount of water.
The recommended dose is 1 capsule A WEEK, but no guidance is given as to when to take, whether with food etc. There is no Best Before date for the capsules I could find.
In conclusion, these high dose, one a week capsules, negate the need to take a capsule everyday, and the 60 capsules means only once a year ordering.
At this time I have had insufficient time to gauge the effectiveness of this supplement, and whether or not if the sudden large weekly dose will effect my general wellbeing.
In conclusion, I think that this supplement is a good idea, especially during the northern hemisphere Winter with restricted sun.
I feel that the £18.90 price for the (when I received the product) is comparable with others.

“Until I came cross this product I had never considered weekly vitamin D supplementation vs the usual daily and there seems to still be debate over which is better if either. Recommended daily intake of vitamin D is claimed to be anywhere from 1000ui to 2000ui but not exceeding 4000ui which would make this product at 7000ui per capsule too strong for daily intake and too much vitamin D can lead to hypercalcaemia. This can be somewhat offset by the inclusion of vitamin K2 which this product has which directs the excess calcium into your bones.
Due to the once per week dosage, this jar of 60 tablets will last over a year. The capsules are easy to swallow and I really like that they will last for a year before needed to be replenished. This makes them excellent value for money in my mind and the only issue I can see is remembering to take one on a certain day of the week.”
