The capsules are around 22mm long and 8mm diameter (7/8" x 5/16" diameter) so are a large capsule, but are easy to take with a good amount of water.
The recommended dose is 1 capsule A WEEK, but no guidance is given as to when to take, whether with food etc. There is no Best Before date for the capsules I could find.
In conclusion, these high dose, one a week capsules, negate the need to take a capsule everyday, and the 60 capsules means only once a year ordering.

En primer lugar figura el nombre de la marca (Vegavero) y la gama (Classic), seguido por el nombre del producto (vitamina D3+K2) y la cantidad de producto (por cápsula), 7000 UI + 200 µg respectivamente, dosis por cápsula adecuada para 1 semana. A continuación se indica que es un depósito vegano y al final, que contiene 60 cápsulas.
En la parte posterior tenemos el obligatorio código de barras y más datos del producto, en alemán, inglés y español: indicación de tomar 1 cápsula por semana y de que es un complemento alimenticio a base de altas dosis veganas de vitamina D3 y K2, la fecha de consumo preferente (parece que tiene unos 2 años de vida útil), el peso del contenido (37,5 g) correspondiente a 60 cápsulas (595 mg cada una), el nombre y dirección del distribuidor alemán, el número de lote y la página web del producto.
Si despegamos una parte de la etiqueta encontramos las indicaciones para su uso: complemento alimenticio a base de altas dosis veganas de vitamina B3 y K2, su composición: harina de arroz (el excipiente), hidroxipropilmetilcelulosa (de la cubierta de la cápsula), menaquinona (la vitamina K2) y colacalciferol (la vitamina D3) y la dosis recomendada (1 cápsula una vez a la semana, tomada con suficiente líquido y en una comida). También se indica que la dosis recomendada no debe excederse, que no debe sustituir a una dieta equilibrada, que las personas con tratamiento anticoagulante deben consultar a un médico antes de tomarlo, que no es apto para menores de 18 años y que hay que mantener el producto fuera del alcance de los niños y almacenarlo en un lugar oscuro, fresco y seco.
Tras quitar el precinto y desenroscar la tapa, veo que las cápsulas son de color blanco. Tomamos una cápsula, con agua. No hemos notado ningún efecto adverso. Confío en que el beneficio a largo plazo se note en nuestra salud cardiovascular y ósea.
CONCLUSIONES:
Se trata de un producto sin aditivos sintéticos, apto para veganos (y para no veganos). Su coste es quizá algo elevado, pero no tanto si pensamos que nos durará 60 semanas. Es una compra recomendable.”

Die Besonderheit bei diesem Produkt ist, man muss nur eine 1 Kapsel pro Woche einehmen und hat mit einem Döschen genug Vorrat für ein ganzes Jahr.
Ich nehme Vitamin D3 schon lange, davor meist als Tropfen aber auch Tabletten. Ich finde es super praktisch dass man hier nur 1x die Woche eine Kapsel benötigt. Den bei mir ist es in der Verganenheit oft passiert, dass ich es immer mal wieder vergessen hatte.

Das bestellte Produkt wurde in einer kleinen Dose geliefert in der sich die 60 Kapseln mit Vitamin D3 + Vitamin K2 befanden.
Wenn man im Internet ein wenig recherchiert findet man sehr viele Informationen zu den Vitaminen D3 und K. Vitamin D ist ein fettlösliches Vitamin, das wir brauchen, um gesund zu bleiben. Es erfüllt mehrere wichtige Funktionen für deinen Körper, zum Beispiel hilft es bei der Aufnahme von Kalzium und unterstützt ein gesundes Immunsystem, indem es Bakterien und Viren abwehrt. Im Frühjahr und Sommer hilft uns die UV Strahlung der Sonne, um das so wichtige Vitamin D3 zu produzieren. Lässt die Sonnenenergie nach so wird auch die Vitamin D3 Produktion in unserem Körper immer weiter herunterfahren. Und gerade hier setzt das Präparat aus dem "Vegavero-Store" an.
