“Its annoying how many multi-vits or hair, skin & nails supplements have d3 without k2 which improves efficacy & absorption. Ideally you want to get a supplement that has both, these are great to have.
A friends mum who lost her teeth during pregnancy & fractured a bone during child birth despite taking prenatals introduced me to the importance of retaining bone density, strength training & preventing osteoporosis whilst young, despite not being the target audience.”
“The tablets are slightly large but easy enough to swallow with a glass of water. The dosage is 1 tablet per day which gives a 6 month supply from this tub of 180 tablets. I like that they contain no artificial additives and are suitable for vegans.
Overall these are a great quality supplement from a reputable brand. For the current asking price of £14.99 for a 6 month supply they are excellent value for money.”
“I’ve been taking the Vegavero Vitamin K2 200 µg with 444 mg Calcium supplement for about two weeks now, and it’s been a convenient addition to my daily routine for bone health. The 180-tablet bottle offers a solid six-month supply at one tablet per day, and the vegan formula is a big plus since I avoid animal-derived products. The high dose of 200 µg K2 (likely MK-7) combined with 444 mg of calcium feels well-balanced, supporting bone strength without any synthetic additives, which I appreciate for its purity. The tablets are easy to swallow with water, and I’ve noticed no stomach upset, even on an empty stomach, which is great for my active lifestyle.
My only minor issue is that the tablets are a bit large, so I split them with a pill cutter to make them more manageable, though this isn’t a dealbreaker. The lack of taste or aftertaste is a relief, and the packaging keeps them fresh with a tight seal. I’ve felt a subtle improvement in energy, possibly linked to better calcium absorption, but it’s early days—bone health benefits will take longer to assess. Overall, it’s a high-quality, no-fuss supplement, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a natural bone support option, though I’d suggest checking with a doctor if you’re on other meds!”
“This vitamin k2 and calcium supplement is pretty good; it is well packaged and has a good expiry date. The dose is 1 tablet per day, so the jar represents a 6 month supply. It's possibly a little TOO highly dosed, but there's no indication in any literature I can find that suggests it would be harmful, assuming you are healthy and do not take medication.
It's easy to take (with food I don't notice it go down and notice no unusual aftertaste).”
“I’ve been taking the Vegavero Vitamin K2 with calcium tablets for a while now, mainly to help with bone health. Each tablet has a good dose of 200 µg of vitamin K2 (in the MK-7 form) plus 444 mg of calcium, which seems like a sensible combo. What I like is that it’s free from unnecessary fillers or additives — just the basics, which feels cleaner and more natural. The tablets are vegan too, which is a bonus for me.
They’re made in Germany and lab-tested, so I feel confident about the quality. The price is reasonable at about £15 for 180 tablets, and if you have Amazon Prime, delivery is free and returns are easy if there’s a problem. Overall, it feels like a straightforward, no-fuss supplement for supporting bones. Not much to complain about so far!”
“Picked this up as part of my “stay sturdy for the baby-carrying years” plan. I’m already taking vitamin D, so adding K2 and calcium to the mix just made sense – and this one from Vegavero stood out for being clean, vegan, and well-dosed without any added rubbish.
Each tablet gives a good hit of vitamin K2 (200 µg) plus 444 mg of calcium, which saves juggling two separate supplements. Helps ensure the calcium’s actually going to the right places (like bones) and not lurking around where it shouldn’t. I've been taking it daily with breakfast, and it’s been easy to stick with – no aftertaste, no dodgy fillers, and it goes down with no fuss.
Haven’t noticed any dramatic changes, as you'd expect with something like this, but I do feel more confident knowing I'm giving my bones some backup – especially with all the lifting, crouching, and furniture-climbing that parenting seems to involve.
Pros:
High-quality K2 and calcium in one convenient tablet
No additives, vegan-friendly and gentle on the stomach
180 tablets = 6 months sorted
Ideal for pairing with a D3 supplement
Cons:
Tablets are a bit on the firm side – not massive, but not tiny either
Doesn’t include vitamin D, so you’ll need to add that separately
If you’re looking for a straightforward, well-formulated bone health supplement, this one’s a great choice. Clean, easy, and no nonsense – just the kind of thing I like in my daily routine.”
“Firstly, I would ask your patience and indulgence when embarking upon reading this Review, to please understand that I can only Review the Vegavero Vitamin K2 MK7 & Calcium on the following basis:
• I can only comment on the product itself, and only then on the basis of my own visual observations.
• I can only relay my own direct experience after having previously taken Vitamin K2 MK7 and also Calcium in the past, and this particular Brand of combined Vitamin K2 MK7 & Calcium for just a few days.
I am not attempting to offer any medical advice, and nor am I claiming that either Vitamin K2 MK7, or Calcium, or this Brand’s combined example of them, will do anything special for you, nor cure any ailment that you may have.
Please also rest assured, that I did not Order this product at random, nor on the spur of the moment, and certainly not on the basis of a suck it and see trial!
&
When I buy any Supplements, the first things I look for are that the Seller shows images of the Product Packaging and Labels from every side, so that I can check all key details, such as contents, who makes it, who sells it, and if any of those details are hidden.
Vegavero covered that requirement reasonably well, so I could just about see what to expect. However, there were some minor discrepancies between the sales details, and what was stated on the Pot’s Label when that was delivered, such as stating that of the 440 mg of Calcium Carbonate, there is 160 mg of Calcium, when the Pot Label says 162 mg. All figures should be an exact match.
The Quality of the Packaging was good.
• There was an outer cellophane shrink wrap layer.
• Under the Cap there was a Seal.
• There was no Silica Anti-Moisture Pack inside.
• The above measures worked to ensure that the contents were dry.
I have had some examples from other Brands, where the Quality Control was poor, such that moisture had found its way in, and the contents had stuck together.
• The Pot contained the correct number of Tablets.
• The total is stated as being 180.
• I counted 180, so there were no Extras.
• Please see the images to confirm, where I have laid them all out in pretty little rows so you can count them yourself!

I strongly urge all Consumers to demand that Manufacturers and Sellers of Supplements alike should arrange to have their Products independently tested to confirm what is actually being sold, not just test for what should not be in there.
This is not a criticism of Vegavero. But a general observation that Consumers have very little way of knowing what Supplement is actually being sold. Labels can say one thing, but how can any claims made in terms of the Product, be verified?
&
I intentionally Ordered this Vegavero example of Vitamin K2 MK7 & Calcium, because I had already specifically researched the importance of Vitamin K2 MK7 & Calcium in relation to my Health, especially my Cardiac Health.
I would not normally take Calcium, but when combined with Vitamin K2 MK7, this should ensure that because of the known well established action of Vitamin K2 MK7, the Calcium should be directed towards my bones, and not at my
soft tissues.

The main requirement, for me at least, was that I should not experience any problems taking this product, which I am pleased to report that I did not.
For various reasons, that I cannot go in to here, but following major Surgery I now monitor a number of key health parameters every single day, including: Blood Pressure, Temperature, Blood Glucose, Blood Ketones, Blood Oxygen Saturation, Body Mass Composition and Weight, Sleep Duration and Quality, General Oxygenation, Night Time Oxygenation, Pulse Rate & Movement, Day Time Heart Rate via ECG, and also Diet (Natural Human Diet, no Seed Oils, Sugar, Processed Food or Carbohydrates).
The point I am making here, is that if something I took were to have an adverse impact, then I am probably in a quantifiably better position than most, to spot it, and spot it fairly quickly.
For the above reasons, I can confidentially say I have not encountered any observable problems when taking Vegavero Vitamin K2 MK7 & Calcium.
?
In the short term, that is impossible to say, because almost any non-prescription Supplement is highly unlikely to reveal any benefits over just a few days. Therefore, watching for adverse effects is, by far, the most important thing to look for initially.
Provided the Supplement does one no harm, then the hope thereafter is that it may do some good, that’s if one then proceeds to take it longer term, and it contains what it says it contains.
I am sufficiently convinced by the background in terms of why Vitamin K2 MK7 & Calcium can improve my health, to add this Supplement to my diet.
In theory, if the Vegavero Vitamin K2 MK7 & Calcium example contains the stated quantity of Vitamin K2 MK7 & Calcium, and it is in fact Vitamin K2 MK7 & Calcium, then it should, at the very least, help to improve my general Health.
What I can say, is that I appear to have improved a number of serious post Surgical problems, by being very selective over what Supplements I do take.
My overall strategy has been to ensure that I am well covered in terms of all the B Vitamins, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 MK7, Zinc, Magnesium and Potassium. I also take CoQ10 and Nattokinaise. I am happy to take the Calcium supposedly within this Supplement, given that I always take plenty of Vitamin K2 MK7 in any event.”
