“I was asked if I wanted to see what the Dr was doing on the screen, I said yes which meant everything was explained to me as he was doing the consultation. As a young woman, I felt very comfortable and my dignity was kept.”

“All staff were very kind and welcoming. Lovely, friendly nurse who put me at ease. The doctor explained thoroughly what treatment I needed, im looking forward to having the procedure done in September.”

“Very good- the Dr. went through my medical form first, then performed the scan, which highlighted some problems, so it was very useful indeed. Hygiene levels very good. The only quibble would be that the changing area provided at Leeds in the consulting room is tiny, with not much room to leave your belongings, but I managed.”
