“Absolute rubbish! The part was incorrect for my vehicle even though it was specified by Vipa when I entered the registration number of my vehicle. I’m unable to print off a return label as the system doesn’t recognise my post code or the order number. The telephone number on the website and my invoice doesn’t accept incoming calls. I’ve sent emails to the company and have had no response.
Absolutely disgraceful company.”
