“I have ordered the wrong model of wipers as I selected the wrong year of the car, which I find bizarre especially after putting in the registration. I accept this is my fault, but why was the wrong year of car even an option ?
I have now tried the return function on your website, and it is now telling me it does not recognise my order.
At the moment I will not be using your wed site or products again as I am very disappointed.”
