“Delivered on Thursday 8th May, opened the package to install on Friday and discovered they had sent one wiper the wrong size (despite putting the correct size on the invoice) and unable to fit either wiper due to both having the incorrect fittings. Contacting Vipa is like contacting the dead, I've been through their process a couple of times and each time promised they would look into it, 10 days later and heard nothing. Trying to do a chargeback through paypal but they are ignoring the request so having to resort to leaving warnings whenever I can. Customer service with this company is absolutely shocking, not even doing me the courtesy of an apology. My opinion - avoid this company like the plague”
