“The order process was very efficient and the wiper blades were delivered the next day. Unfortunately the set of blades when fitted juddered and did not wipe the screen properly. After commenting on this site I was asked to contact customer sales, which I did by e-mail. They promptly offered me replacement wiper blades and if the problem persisted a full refund. The next day a new set of blades arrived. Once fitted they worked well with no problems at all. It would seem the first set were faulty. I am impressed by how quickly the company responded to my problem and did not hesitate to provide a new set but also offer a full refund.”
