“Both front wipers were faulty and scratched my windscreen. Vipa promised to refund the cost of the wipers (pending), but I will have to get my windscreen repaired. Autoglass have advised that I will need a replacement screen. I hope not. A most disappointing purchase given previous positive experience with Vipa replacement blades for Saab 9.3 and Jaguar XKR.”
