“I required a set of wiper blades for my Estima; whilst searching the web i found this company who specialize with wiper blades.
I recieved my parcel very quick, unfortunately they did not have the water jet fitting and the mounting clips where not suitable. I contacted the supplier and supplied photos of the issue.
They replied quickly and was imformed that some vehicles like mine dont have the water jet fitting. I did not see an option to select either or; I was unaware of that fact.
I was told they would send out a set with the water jet fitting, but a week passed and no wipers arrived; I contacted them again and they said they would send me a refund as they where out of stock.
They did send me a refund, then a few days later they cancelled the refund, I dont know why.
I am disappointed at finding they where not suitable.”
