“The problem I have is not with the wiper quality more that it is the wrong fitment for my car. I have attempted to acquire a return lable /QR code on numerous occasions but the system is unable to provide this. I have sent emails to help@vipacars.com but as yet not had any help in this matter. Calling the helpline does not work as all I get is an automated message to explain no one is available to answer right now and leave a voice mail, the voicemail box has been full and unable to take anymore messages for five days and counting.”
“Probably the worst wiper blades I’ve ever used. The fit was poor and the blades squealed, even in torrential downpours. I’ve now replaced them with a set of superior Bosch blades, not a squeal out of them.”
