Not in my case they didn't. According to their website the set I ordered included an 11" rear blade. Unfortunately I was sent a 13" blade. Well mistakes do happen. Reported the problem to the 'help' desk on the 1st Jan. No response. Sent a follow up email on the 7 Jan. Now the 12 Jan and still no response.”
