I am pretty unimpressed. One of the TV's in the house wasn't working and there was no corrective action taken to to fix that... and the A/C would not cool down the space, and when we called about that, and corrected the setting, still nothing was done about that... there was trash on the corner of the balcony when we got there. There was a very large bowie type knife in the closet where the water heater was. That knife was low enough for children to reach. the two coffee pots were nice but the kitchen was small and did not have enough cookware and pots and pans. The amenities at the resort were nice, but with the expense of the condo I expected better.

Our trip was absolutely horrible, the condo we rented smelled like mildew, carpets were stained from a water leak from the Air conditioner or something, oh and the A/C didn’t work well, the tv in the bedroom had a sign that said out of order, and the thermostat sign said, the kitchen and living room air doesn’t flow well to keep the patio door closed. The next day the owner showed up with an A/C guy, and added Freon, which cooled down for the day, but by next morning was 77 again. My issue is they knew the condo had problems, why rent it, 2000.00 is a lot for a weekend and was not worth half that!

1) Condo cannot be for 11 persons. Who rents with 7 kids to sleep in bunk beds? 2) 2nd bedroom should have a Queen size bed, not bunk bed. My son in law kept hitting his head and legs. 3) My 4 grandkids of ages 16 thru 20 had to sleep in bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom after 10 years, ridiculous! 4) Master bedroom closet was locked, no place to hang clothes. 5) Kitchen pantry should not be locked. 6) Replace stained corridor carpet. 7) Replace broken kitchen trash can. 8) We rented for 9 but were only 4 adults and 4 grandkids. 9) Would welcome a call from the owner and Ryson.

We had a good time but the air conditioning was not working when we arrived. We felt the Nestor thermostat did not turn down the air until just before we arrived. It was our hope it would lower the temperature, it just needed time to recover. It was really warm the first night. I called to report the problem. A maintenance man came out. He felt the problem was the Nestor thermostat so he felt the ac company needed to come out. After waiting several hours, no one came so I called again. Another maintenance man came. He assured me the air conditioning company would be called so expect them to come out soon. The man was right. Within about an hour the average man came. He checked the pressure in the line and found it to be low so he added about a pound of refrigerant. Immediately the ducts started blowing cold air. Since we only had air conditioning the last night we were there, we believe it is only right for us to have a credit on our charges. With the Nestor thermostat the air should have been checked Friday morning before we arrived. Thanks for taking care of this for us. Cliff Mayton

Condo is very nice - the patio is large and provides great views. Love the basketball court adjacent to the condo - great for the kids. Quiet and peaceful location, condo is well equipped and had everything we needed for a relaxed week.

To Whom It May Concern, We had a bitter sweet stay at Seaglass Oasis for my wife's surprise 30th birthday. First, it was raining heavily and it took us forever to find our building. Everyone including the kids were soaked before we found it. The building did not have electricity when we arrived on 23 April and the number coloring is identical to the building painting which made it hard to see. Maybe a deeper blue like everywhere else would have helped. Also, the building was isolated and lighting was terrible. We drove around further talked to neighbors to see if anyone else had the issues we had and no one else's building did. We were the only building without electricity and were told we were the only ones on a separate transformer which was damaged from the heavy rain. Even when the electricity was back, you still had to use another light source so you don't fall. Elevator wasn't reliable either. Secondly, I couldn't deliver the moment because we had no electricity. The building was pitch black and condo was hot. We didn't get electricity until late Saturday morning. I made several call to the after hours phone and no response. Contact security and Joe was the only one who provided us some clarity of what was going on. The groceries we bought on our way to the resort that needed to be refrigerated ended up spoiling. Had to get the kids and few adults in our group of 11 to another hotel. Lastly, the concierge service was phenomenal. They came through and delivered exactly what I had in mind. Thanks to them we were able to hold our heads up high and be excited about something. Please contact me if needed.

Beautiful condo - loves the views and the new basketball court right next to the building. Weather was a bit chilly for the pool but walking on the beach is great and we will come back. Condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed and the patio is huge and perfect for relaxing.

Seaglass Oasis was a great location. Even though it was 25+ minutes away from downtown, that just made it that much more relaxing. Our unit was a short walk from the beach and resort amenities, but still had a beautiful view. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well stocked for our short stay. The Beach Club resort at Pointe West had a nice pool & spa area. Although I was disappointed to find out that I had to pay an extra $15 per person to use the resort once we got there. The food at the Pointe restaurant was fantastic! My wife is in a power wheelchair, and Seaglass Oasis worked well for her. It had easy elevator access and the thresholds were normal height and not too big. The main bedroom had plenty of room, although the bathroom was not necessarily accessible. We are able to manage pretty well wherever we go. But the sinks had a solid cabinet front, and although the shower was larger, it was a difficult squeeze to transfer through the small glass door.
