“Loved the condo, but the ice maker didn't work, nor did the water dispenser on the fridge. We were told someone would come by to check it out, but that never happened.”

“The views were great and the amenities were wonderful . The mattresses in the master and bedroom number 1 were poor . I felt like I was sleeping on the box spring . I would appreciate a kuerig with some sugars / Splenda / individual creamers and coffee . The owners need to consider new mattresss or memory foams .”

“I loved the Condo complex. It had many amenities for my kids to enjoy. I would love to come back when everything is up and running for the season. I would say that the condo we stayed in needs some attention. There was a missing fan remote for the master bathroom, the ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, there is a missing back to the right lower drawer next to the stove so when the drawer is opened all the utensils fall to the next drawer below it. The outside furniture did not work correctly due to the rusting from the sea water so they would only stay in one position. The master bedroom fan stopped working halfway through Saturday night. The bedroom gets pretty warm without air movement. The ice maker made ice in the freezer, but it would not continuously dispense the ice. It would give you a few and then would stop. I am not sure what was up with it. I do know that the freezer door would become ajar once the refrigerator door was closed. We had to pay close attention to that to make sure it was closed. We had an issue w/ the television, your service technician came out and solved it. He was amazing. I was very satisfied w/ your operator, timeliness of the service call, and the professionalism of your technician. He was outstanding. I would give the condo complex an excellent rating, but this condo is fair at best. I will say that the view was outstanding, but I don't believe there is a bad view in the complex.
