Let me first say that the staff was amazing. From the time I made the reservation to the time I checked out, the staff was absolutely the best. The condo layout was great! I was decorated to feel like home. There were a lot of cosmetic things that needed touched up. Things that you wouldn't notice if you had not paid nearly $400 per night to stay. The beds were awful. I'm pretty sure laying on the floor is softer than either bed. The white bedskirt in the main bathroom was substantially less than white. Their were no spare blankets, not even to sit and watch tv. The walls looked as if they had been patched, but not paint or anything had been done to finish the repair, or cover the dirt markings on the wall. I would definitely advise that you STRONGLY suggest bug spray be the first thing visitors pack. We were eaten alive from the time we got in the elevator to the time we made it to the beach. The movie room was great, however for a facility that requires masks inside the building everywhere, I thought it would have been cleaner. We reserved it for Sunday from 7-9. The floor was wet in 3 different places and there was popcorn all over the floor on the couches and floor. The game room was nice, however at least 2 machines didn't work properly. The pinball machine and one of the arcade games buttons were stuck. The pool was pretty and dirty but I blamed that on the tropical storm that had blown through. For the customers at the far end of the condos, like 701, there is no easy way to the pool or beach. There is no easy way to the beach period. I was really disappointed in beach access. When I called to reserve this location I ask if it was super easy to get to the beach. When you have to call the front desk and ask how to get there after you have been down to look....this is not great beach access. For people who are walking, especially with the little wagons, it is awful. We won't mention the mosquitos again, but the walk is horrible. There is a little path mowed along the fence and then you get to shimmy down a rough, tiny path to get to the beach. The smell is horrible and the debris is worse. There was trash, and just a gross smell that you got to walk past to get to the beach. There is no board walk or even a nice path to get there. I wouldn't stay at the Diamond Beach location again. Fortunately you guys have amazing staff!!!

The condo, grounds, pool etc were all wonderful. When covid is behind us, we would love to visit again to take advantage of all amenities. Due to the weather we were not able to access the beach however we did walk down to take a look. Not sure how people can get to beach carrying all beach items. The trail looked very difficult to walk let alone with beach chairs etc. A bridge or concrete walkway is much needed. Thank you Lisa Ccok

We drove in from the Dallas metroplex and met our son and grandchildren from Lafayette Louisiana. Walking in the unit was breathtaking. Amazing views and so clean and welcoming. Every employee was so kind and thoughtful. The pool and lazy river were a lot of fun. My only complaint was the bars and such closed due to COVID, but totally unavoidable. We utilized the movie theater for a private viewing which was fun and the game room was a hit with the kids. Will definitely share our experience and hope to come again.
