“Only thing good about this house is the location.Interior very old..furniture needs updates..no garbage disposal..bed was terrible..layout of front room needs rearranging...not comfortable...interior very old...no hand sanitizer...outside seating not good..no outside table. Ryson was outstanding,,will definitely use them for future rentals”

“House was clean and location is great. Front door has significant and loud air leak. Would have been nice to know that new construction was going on next door. 4-8 paint crew members were there every day, limiting privacy on front porch.”

“My daughter and my new son in law were very impressed with this romantic beach house. They enjoyed walking on the beach and some time in the water. They had everything they needed to make breakfast and lunch and found some nice restaurants in the area to eat for dinner. It was a very relaxing and romantic honeymoon for them. We will keep this house in our list to visit again.”

“You can’t beat this location, step out the door and you’re right at the beach. The deck is great for taking in the sounds and watching the waves while protected from the sun. The house needs some sprucing up though. It’s showing wear. Bones are good and it’s decorated nice but it definitely needs some TLC/paint and repairs. Floors are not level, especially around the door. The door did not seal when closed so you get a constant howling of the wind inside while AC is on. Thankful no one needed to sleep in the living room bc I can imagine that would have been hard to tone out. Kitchen is well stocked of kitchen items for cooking. Garage had tons of beach items to use and even a big wagon to haul stuff with. Great WiFi. AT&T universe on 3 TVs. One big note is the photos online indicate the lot beside it is empty. That is no longer the case. They are building a house there and that comes with a lot of construction noise and traffic. We continually had them either parking in our driveway or blocking the road to get in/out. It was very annoying. The view of construction dumpster and port-a-potty was not very inviting.”

“The location was great. We enjoyed being on the first row by the beach. The house was bigger than I expected based on the pictures online so that was a nice surprise. There was another house under construction next door that we were not aware of until we arrived. We had to listen to the construction and roofers during part of our stay. I wish this had been communicated beforehand or a discount given. We were also at the beach during a storm. The house did not have sealed doors so the wind was continually whistling in. During periods of heavy rain, water entered the house and soaked three of our beach towels as we tried to contain it. The front window also had a small leak in the seal. There were a lot of sugar ants in the kitchen. We ended up keeping all of our food in the refrigerator to manage this issue.”
