“The location was great. We enjoyed being on the first row by the beach. The house was bigger than I expected based on the pictures online so that was a nice surprise. There was another house under construction next door that we were not aware of until we arrived. We had to listen to the construction and roofers during part of our stay. I wish this had been communicated beforehand or a discount given. We were also at the beach during a storm. The house did not have sealed doors so the wind was continually whistling in. During periods of heavy rain, water entered the house and soaked three of our beach towels as we tried to contain it. The front window also had a small leak in the seal. There were a lot of sugar ants in the kitchen. We ended up keeping all of our food in the refrigerator to manage this issue.”

“Absolutely beautiful home and location. Took my family for our first vacation there and it was truly our own paradise. Located on the beach made for countless hours of fun in the water. Close enough to town to drive to get dinner yet far away enough to seem like a truly private paradise. Will highly recommend to all my family and friends.”

“This house was a perfect size for my family. The beds were very comfortable and the view was amazing. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the blinds on the front windows were all broken so we didn't have any coverings on the front windows to the house. Also there were no curtains on the windows in one of the room, which would have helped our young daughter to nap, but it was not a big deal. We loved the convenience of being right on the beach and away from the big crowds. I would definitely recommend this place and possibly stay here again.”

The beach is public but there is limited parking which is patrolled so very few public cars can park and walk to the beach. The house however could use several updates. The howl that comes from the door would make it impossible for anyone to sleep in the living room as you could still hear it in the back bedroom with door closed over the TV. The TV barely worked. The DVD and Netflix did not work at all. Most plugs do not work until you wiggle your cord. Make sure your phone or camera is charged when you wake up Incase you need to change plugs. Check the programmed AC schedule upon arrival. We had it change to 77 at 1am and 83 at 8am. Few other comments were left for management to take care of that seemed pressing.”

“This was a very nice beach house and we enjoyed our stay there. Especially liked the porch with the high chairs you could see the beach over the balcony. The house sits at a dead end dirt road with the beach access right across. Inside was comfortable and everything you'd need. Air conditioning worked great and had large screen TVs, and beds were comfortable.”
